Terms and Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms of competition Conditions of Entry.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is free and open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Shop Local with Qoin and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.

WINNER DETERMINATION

The winner will be drawn by a Shop Local with Qoin representative in front of an Auditor or Solicitor via random electronic draw. Major winners will be notified by phone, SMS and email.  All other winners will be notified by email and SMS following the draw (within 24 hours). Their names will be published on our social networks. In the event the prize notification is returned undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.

PRIZES

Prizes will be paid directly into the Winners Qoin Wallets and a SMS will be sent to the winner notifying them the prize has been paid.

Winners must claim the prizes before the prizes will be paid to ensure the winner is contactable and their Qoin Wallet address is still valid.  Winners can go to shoplocalwithqoin.com.au website to claim their prize and confirm their contact details and Qoin Wallet address for payment.

GENERAL

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

Shop Local with Qoin reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Shop Local with Qoin has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All entries in the competition become the property of Shop Local with Qoin. Shop Local with Qoin collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Shop Local with Qoin may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by Shop Local with Qoin, and the entrant consents to such use.
